The base of each sauce is made from a variety of peppers, tomatoes, peaches and other ingredients that are grown in our garden or sourced locally in NC from area farmers.
From there, each unique variety has been developed and meticulously scribed in order to meet your requests for sauce infused with both heat AND great flavor.
Hand Crafted
What makes our sauces so amazing is that we use real ingredients free of extracts and are hand crafted! Our recipes bring out the wonderful flavors of the different peppers and are always flavor forward!
We started down this path making sauces for family and friends and soon figured out that we had a hit on our hands! The difficult part was crafting them...it was the process of getting registered as a home processor in the state of North Carolina and registering with the FDA that was intimidating. However, we persevered and are here so you can Favor the Flavor!
There is only a limited amount available at any given time because we only produce small batches. So, contact us to see what we might already have or place your order.

Due to the nature of peppers varying in heat, even from the same plant, some variation in heat may be detected from batch to batch. But, I guarantee that the flavor will always be amazing!
